The Hampton Beach State Park Redevelopment Project includes Art!  The State of New Hampshire sets a small percentage of the cost of capital funded state building projects for the inclusion of public art.  If you have not visited Hampton Beach lately, you may not have seen the nature-inspired ocean murals commissioned from artist Sheryl Chatterton.  These murals were designed to offer viewers a glimpse of animal and plant life of the New Hampshire coastline.  Visit the New Hampshire State Council for the Arts or Percent for Art to learn more about this project.

If you missed last month’s First Thursdays Live at the Currier Museum of Art, mark you calendar for this coming Thursday, July 5th!  Jeff Warner, celebrated folk musician, will perform from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. in the Currier’s cafe.  To learn more about First Thursdays Live, click here : Currier Museum of Art – First Thursdays Live.
